中文摘要随着信息社会的到来，信息素养成为现代社会个人素养的重要组成部 中文摘要 随着信息社会的到来，信息素养成为现代社会个人素养的重要组成部 分，在2003年颁布的《普通高中技术课程标准》中，明确提出了高中信息 技术课程的总目标是提高学生的信息素养。但是，由于我国幅员辽阔，各 地实施条件不一，整齐划一的信息教育课程不适合我国中小学实际，取而 代之的应该是课程的本地化、多样化。而校本课程作为对国家课程的补充， 对于完善基础教育课程体系，克服国家课程的诸多弊端，形成学校的办学 特色以及更好地适应学生的个别差异等方面都具有强大的优势，能更好地 满足学生的实际发展需要。 本文通过信息技术校本的课程开发，依据《普通高中技术课程标准》、 校本课程开发的相关理论及原则和贫困地区信息技术教育教学的实际状 况，围绕如何培养学生信息素养这一核心问题，运用教学设计理论对信息 技术校本课程的部分内容进行了系统的教学设计，同时对校本课程资源开 发的本土化和评价方式的综合性进行初步的研究和实践，力求探索出一条 适合贫困地区信息技术课程教学的有效途径，更好的为学生服务。 关键词：校本的课程开发，信息技术课，信息素养 ABSTRACTAlong ABSTRACT Along with information societys arrival，the information attainment has become me an important constituent of the individual attainments in modem society．In the book”Ordinary Hi曲school Technology Curriculum Standard”issued in 2003，it expficitly proposes that the mmL goal of the higll school’s information technology curriculum is to enhance students information attainment．Since our country has lassitude territory and each place has its own condition，the whole information education curriculum does not suit the middle schools’reality in some areas．We should replace it with the lOCalized and diversified curriculum．So the school—based curriculum’S supplement for the general curriculum has significant advantages for conquering many disadvantages，forming the characteristic of native school and adapting individual different of student to meet student’S need of actual development． This article revolves the core question of how to raise the student information accomplishment through the development of local curriculum about information technology and resting on”Ordinary High school Technology Curriculum Standard”，the concemed principle and the actual teaching condition about information technology education in impoverished area．Partial contents of local curriculum have been detail designed according to the theory of teaching design in his article．Simultaneously,the preliminary researching and practicing for local curriculum resources’
