武汉科技大学堡主堂堡笙塞 武汉科技大学堡主堂堡笙塞 苎!蔓 论商业银行职业道德的基础——诚信 摘要 诚信是我国传统道德中最重要的道德规范之一，是为人之道，也是处世之道。 市场经济是以诚实守信为基础的信用经济。商业银行作为参与市场竞争的主体，同样 需要遵循诚实守信的经营原则。但是，在我国商业银行的经营过程中，诚信缺失的现象颇 为普遍，不仅影响了商业银行业务的正常开展、导致了我国金融市场秩序的混乱，也成为 制约我国商业银行参与国际竞争的重要因素。从经济伦理学的视角看，诚信是商业银行巨 大的道德资本。没有诚信的根基，商业银行是无法长久生存和发展的。因此，当前迫切需 要提升商业银行的诚信度。 商业银行诚信的缺失有着复杂的成因，既有商业银行自身的原因，也有外部环境的影 响，其中最主要的是商业银行自身诚信意识的淡漠和诚信文化的缺失。本文通过分析商业 银行诚信缺失的现象和原因，立足商业银行的诚信建设，从商业银行员工个体、机构整体 以及社会环境三个方面入手，探索提升商业银行诚信度、促进商业银行发展的现实途径。 、 关键词：诚信，职业道德，市场经济，商业银行 塑坚夏 塑坚夏 壅圣壁垫垄堂堡主堂垡笙苎 On the base of professional morality ofcommercial banks———trust Abstract Trust iS OBe of the most important moral norms in our traditional morality,which iS not only the way to be a good mail but also the way to live successfully in the word． Market Economy iS the credit economy which iS based on cordiality and keeping faith．As the participants of Market Economy,commercial banks should follow the principle of cordiality and keeping f缸t11．But the phenomena of trust deficiency are very popular during the management collrse of our commercial banks．Trust deficiency not only affects the natural development of commercial banks and conduces the confusion of our financial market,but also becomes one of也e important factors which restrict the competition of our commercial banks with foreign banks．From the view angle ofeconomy ethics，trust is the great moral capital ofour commercial banks．Commercial banks wiIl not survival and develop for long without the foundation oftrust．Therefom，it is necessary tO improve tlalst degree ofour commercial banks． There are complicated factors on trust deficiency of oBr commercial banks，which include their own reasons and the influence of external environments．And the most important factors resulting in trust deficiency ale the lack of intention and culture of trust。Through analyzing the phenomena and cause of trust deficiency and improving trust degree of our commercial banks， the article will seek after the
