Application Application research of cold rolling technique in bearing process and 3D FEM analysis on bearing rolling machine Abstract By summing up advanced technique of bearing study in home and abroad and practical production status in country,incorporating technique results acquired by Luo Yang Bearing Research institute in many years，supporting by‘‘Precision Rolling and Whole Equipment of GrindingSuperfinishing for Bearing”project which is key technique of the industrialization prophase and whole equipment research and development in National Development Plan Committee，the super-precision bearing inner and outer cold rolling machine iS developed firstly in country．On the base of Calculating and analyzing strength and rigidity of the rolling machine frames by using CAD and three dimension finite element analysis technique，comparing finite element analyses of 1 6 machine flame structure plans，the effect ofthe position and thickness ofthe triangle tendons ofthe machine frame and form ofreticulation tendon the bottom ofthe machine flame and form and dimension ofthe end face tendons strength and rigidity of the machine flame determined．The difficult techniques which have high needs for machine flame rigidity when super-precision bearing being rolling solved， favorable design thinking and plan provided for improvement design and serial design ofbearing rolling． In the chapter one，the and purpose and meanings ofthe project illustrated， the development history and present of the bearing rolling machine in home and abroad summarized，the main contentsthe paper put forward． In the chapter two，the relation problems of cold rolling machine application in process of inner and researched，the design demand of the rolling machine is put forward In the chapter three，the solid model of rolling machine is established by using 3D CAD software ln the chapter four,the basic principle of the finite element method and function of COSMOS／M which iS 3D finite element analysis software b
