ABSTRACTSo ABSTRACT So far as we can see.the ineffectiveness of teaching reading has been the main problem in teaching Chinese.People always study and solve the problems from aspects of teaching methods,textbooks and evaluation system of examination,or focus on carrying out the Chinese education reform on teaching ideas and teaching methods,or pay attention to guiding and studying the students.And researches on these aspects do have some effects on reforming the reading—teaching;however,we think that a key factor in teaching is the teachers themselves.Therefore this study is trying to talk about the effect that teachers’reading accomplishment has on middle school reading—teaching from teachers’point ofview. The Chinese teacher’s reading accomplishment particularly refers to the knowledge,ability,skill,passion,and attitude of them in reading, which reflect in the course ofteaching reading ofteachers themselves.It is the essential part in the Chinese teachers’own accomplishment.According to the important role played in reading-teaching,in summary,I think the factors that reading accomplishment of the Chinese teachers includes are the reading accumulation,reading attitude,reading experience,reading habit,reading interest,reading level,etc 3 This This paper wilt illustrate the detailed information about these six factors,and give a comparatively complete explanation and illustration of the effect on the course of text explanation,class-teaching,and extra reading in the reading-teaching.And it also analyzes the specific effect that the good reading accomplishment of the Chinese teachers has an important and profound impact on improving the effectiveness of reading-teaching.Based on this,I come up with some thoughts and suggestions on teaching reading and teachers’reading. Under the background of the necessity that teachers’reading makes teachers professional,I set my research on the Chinese teachers’reading accomplishment,analyzing the key factors,discussing the deep im
