论 著 Research Paper Kayser-Jones简明口腔健康检查表的 汉化及信度、效度研究 赵彩均 丁福 [摘 要]  目的：汉化Kayser-Jones简明口腔健康检查表（BOHSE），进行信度与效度检验，评价其可行性。方 法：按照心理测量学中量表的跨文化适应程序对BOHSE量表英文版进行翻译、回译和文化调试，形成BOHSE汉化版， 并用其筛查360名住院老年患者口腔健康情况。采用Pearson相关分析评价量表信度，用因子分析法检验其效度。结果： BOHSE汉化版的Cronbach’s α系数为0.873，重测信度为0.775，评定者间信度为0.737，结构效度KMO=0.848， 因子分析共提取了5个公因子：舌头，牙齿周围或义齿周围覆盖的牙龈，天然牙状况，咀嚼位牙齿咬合状况和口腔卫生 状况，其累积贡献率达66.261%。结论：该量表具有良好的信度与效度，适合中国老年人使用。    [关键词]  简明口腔健康检查表；信度；效度                  [中图分类号]  R47 [DOI] 10.3969/j.issn.1672-1756.2016.01.011 Translation and psychometric evaluation of the Kayser-Jones Brief Oral Health Status Examination / ZHAO Caijun, DING Fu // Orthodontic Department, The Affiliated Stomatology Hospital, Chongqing Medical University, Chongqing, 400015 China /// Chinese Nursing Management-2016,16(1): 38-41 [Abstract] Objective: To translate the Kayser-Jones Brief Oral Health Status Examination (BOHSE) to Chinese, to test the reliability and validity, and to evaluate the feasibility. Methods: The original BOHSE was translated to Chinese, back-translated, and adapted culturally. The final Chinese version of BOHSE was used to screen the oral health of 360 hospitalized geriatric patients and the reliability and validity of the scale was evaluated. Results: The internal consistency coefficient of the Chinese version of BOHSE was 0.873. The test-retest reliability was 0.775. The inter-rater reliability was 0.737. The construct validity coefficient was 0.848. Five common factors were extracted, including tongue, gums between teeth and/or under artificial teeth, condition of natural teeth, pairs of teeth in chewing position and dental health status, and accounted for 66.261% of the total variance. Conclusions: The Chinese version of BOHSE demonstrates good reliability
