Methods: Totally 356 patients rolling out from the ICU were investigated by general information questionnaire, Post Traumatic Growth Assessment Scale, and the Chinese version of the CD-RISC Resilience Scale. Results: The mean scores of post traumatic growth and resilience were (65.12±15.83) and (65.23±13.32), respectively. The subscales of post traumatic growth were positively correlated with the subscales of resilience (P0.05). Hierarchical regression analysis showed that the mechanical ventilation, education, age, tenacity, optimism and self-reliance were the influencing factors of post traumatic growth (P0.05).
