I I 摘 要 摘 要 在市场经济体制空前繁荣的今天，2008 年世界范围内的金融危机给各国经济都带来 了沉重的打击，尤其是对传统行业的冲击是最为巨大的，在此之后，世界各国都将经济 建设的重点转移到了新兴的产业，并在政策上给予了前所未有的大力支持。我国在面临 复杂的国际竞争时，为了利于长久不败之地，在践行科学发展观的同时大力发展可持续、 循环的新兴产业，新能源、节能、环保产业都作为战略新兴产业需要大力的支持。 本文采用理论和实践相结合的方法，通过对比分析和系统分析，对战略性新兴产业 的资金需求特点和当前供给现状进行了系统分析，同时对国内典型城市及国外的战略性 新兴产业的金融支持现状进行研究，分析出其发展优势及弊端。同时结合商业银行对战 略性新兴产业的信贷业务发展环境及经营实际，分析商业银行在发展战略性性新兴产业 信贷业务中存在的问题，进一步提出解决问题的办法以及措施。本文提出的发展对策和 保障措施对商业银行应对外部发展环境、解决自身存在问题及应对发展过程中的困难及 挑战具有一定的借鉴意义。 关键词 商业银行 战略性新兴产业 支持对策 II II Abstract Abstract Unprecedented prosperity in the market economy today, the 2008 worldwide financial crisis has brought to the national economy a heavy blow, especially for the traditional industry, the impact is the most significant, after this, the world will be economic development the focus shifted to the emerging industry, and in the policy gave unprecedented support.
