急诊手术室护患关系维护中King达标理论应用的价值评价 田利静 ［摘 要］目的探讨急诊手术室护患关系维护中King达标理论的应用价值。方法: 从木院2013年5月~2014年5月收治的接受急诊手术的患者中随机选择100例 进行研究，设为观察组，并从木院2012年8月~2013年8月收治的接受急诊手 术的患者中随机选择100例设为对照组。对照组实施常规护理，观察组实施King 达标理论下的护理。评估两组的护患关系，并进行比较。结果经调查和统计, 观察组对护理工作的满意程度显著高于对照组，经比较差异有统计学意义(P 0.05)o观察组的护患关系融洽程度显著高于对照组，经比较差异有统计学意义 (PV0.05)。结论急诊手术室护理工作中应用King达标理论可以维持良好的护 患关系。 ［关键词］急诊手术室护患关系King达标理论应用价值 DOI:10.3760/cma.j.issn.1672-7088.2015.9.37 单位063000,河北唐山，河北省唐山工人医院 田利静(1973—),女，本科 河北省唐山工人医院副主任护师。 The Evaluation of King Standard Theory Application in the Maintenance of Nurse-Patie nt Relati on ship in Emerge ncy Operati on Room Tian Lijing Abstract: Objective To explore the application value of King standard theory in the mainte nance of n urse?patient relati on ship in the emerge ncy operation room. Method 100 cases of patients received emergency operation in the authorrsquo;s hospital from September 2013 to September 2014 were selected as the observation group. And 100 cases of patients received emergency operation in the authorrsquo;s hospital from August 2012 to August 2013 were selected as the control group. The control group received routine nursing care while the observation group received the nursing care under Kings standard theory? The nurse-patient relati on ship of the two groups were evaluated and compared. Results Statistics in the research showed that the satisfaction toward nursing in the observation group was sign讦icantly higher than that in the control group, the differenee has statistical sign ifica nee (Plt;0.05). The harm onious degree of n urse-patie nt relati on ship in the observation group was sign讦icantly higher than the control group, the differenee has statistical sign 讦 icance (Plt;0.05). Conclusion A good relati on ship betwee n n urse and patient can be maintained by the application of King standard theory in nursing the emergency operation room.
