恩度联合顺钳热灌注治疗恶性胸腔积液疗效的临床分析 （湖北省中山医院肿瘤科；湖北武汉430033） 目的观察恩度联合顺钳胸腔热灌注治疗恶性胸腔积液与单纯顺钳胸 腔热灌注治疗恶性胸腔积液后积液量及CEA水平的变化。方法80例恶性胸腔 积液患者随机分为观察组（40例）和对照组（40例）。观察组采用恩度45mg+ 顺钳30-40mg/m2胸腔热灌注，对照组单纯顺钳30-40mg/m2胸腔热灌注。比较 两组患者治疗前后胸水量及癌胚抗原（CEA）变化。结果治疗后有效率试验 组完全缓解19例，?部分缓解13例，稳定4例，进展4例，对照组完全缓解14 例，部分缓解9例，稳定12例,进展5例,chi;2=4.71,对应的P二0.02V0.05, 差异有统计学意义。胸水CEA浓度治疗后观察组较对照组明显降低P=0.02lt;0.05, 两组不良反应比较无统计学意义。结论恶性胸腔积液行恩度联合顺钳热灌注安 全可行，与单纯顺钳胸腔热灌注相比胸水控制率较高。 关键词恩度；顺钳；恶性胸腔积液；胸腔热灌注； Clinical efficiency analysis of pleural hyperthermic perfusion chemotherapy with Endostar and cisplatin for treatment of Malignant Pleural Effusion ZHAO Zhen-yu, SUN Jian-hai Dept, of Oncology,Hubei Provincial Zhongshan Hospital ‘Wuhan 430033 ,Hubei Province ,China [Abstract]Objective: Compare Endostar combined with Cisplatin intrapleural hyperthermic perfusion and simple Cisplatin intrapleural hyperthermic perfusion treatment of malignant pleural effusion （MPE） recent clinical efficacy.Methods: Choose 80 patients of malignant pleural metastasis consolidation〃 divide into test group and control group, each group contains 40 patients, all patients treated by cisplatin 30-40mg/m2 pleural hyperthermic perfusion,test group givev endostar 45mg perfusion plus,compared the recent clinical efficiency and concentration of CEA .Results:The response rate of all the patients were evaluated . There were 19complete remission(CR) ,13 partial remission(PR),4 stable disease(SD) and 4 progressive disease (PD) in the test group,14 CR ,9 PR,12 SDand 5 PD in the control group,chi;2=4.71, P=0.020.05, the differenee of these two groups in recent clinical efficacy is statistically significant. Furthemore,the concentration of CEA in tne test group dramaticalli decreased comparing with control group?
