探究急性心肌梗死伴心源性休克患者使用IABP的护理对策 海南省人民医院心血管内科海南570100 目的探究急性心肌梗死伴心源性休克患者使用IABP护理对策。方 法随机抽取2014年3月?2016年5月我院收治的50例急性心肌梗死伴心源性休 克患者作为研究对象，通过回顾分析法，将其分为即刻IABP组与未即刻IABP组 各25例，对比两组患者护理的效果。结果即刻IABP组的总有效率为86.54%, 与未即刻IABP组的67.34%相比，即刻IABP组的临床效果明显比未即刻IABP组 高，两组数据对比差异(Plt;0.05)o其中即刻IABP组的并发症发牛率为2.43%, 与未即刻IABP组的24.65%相比，即刻IABP组的并发症发牛率明显低于未即刻 IABP组，两组数据对比差异(Plt;0.05)。结论对急性心肌梗死伴心源性休克患 者使用IABP护理，可有效降低并发症发牛率，效果显著，值得临床推广使用。 关键词 急性心肌梗死；伴心源性休克；IABP；护理对策 [abstract] objective to explore the acute myocardial infarction patients with cardiac shock with the use of IABP nursing countermeasures. Methods randomly in March 2014 ? in May 2016 in our hospital in the 50 cases of patients with acute myocardial infarction associated with cardiac shock as the research object, through the retrospective analysis method, it can be divided into IABP immediately and not instantly IABP group all 25 cases, compared the effect of two groups of patient care.
