探讨术前彩超诊断在乳腺癌早期淋巴转移中的作用 穆棱市人民医院157599 目的研究分析术前彩超诊断在乳腺癌早期淋巴转移中的作用。方法此 次研究的对象是选取206例乳腺癌患者，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并于术 前1周前瞻性对患者原发病灶及有转移可能的淋巴结进行彩超检查，以术中组织 病理活检为对照，将患者分为淋巴结转移组和无淋巴结转移组，对乳腺癌淋巴结 转移彩超检查的敏感性、特异性进行分析，并探讨彩超检查下各项指标与乳腺癌 淋巴转移的关系。结果实休瘤及淋巴结彩超与术中病理活检结果对照，检出的 敏感性87.18%,特异性98.88%；木研究中彩超检查各项因素与乳腺癌早期淋巴 转移均有相关（Pt;0.05）o结论术前彩超能够明显显示患者病发部位，有效 诊断出癌症的发展状态，及是否发牛淋巴结转移，对于乳腺癌及其淋巴结转移的 检测有较好作用，对临床具有指导意义，值得临床推广。 关键词彩色多普勒超声；乳腺癌；淋巴转移 [Abstract] Objective To study the effect of preoperative color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of lymph node metastasis in breast cancer.Methods the research object is to select 206 cases of breast cancer patients, their clinical data were retrospective analysis, and in preoperative 1 week prospective on patients with primary tumor and with metastasis of lymph node by color Doppler ultrasound, compared with intraoperative biopsy, patients were divided into two groups for lymph node metastasis group and no lymph node metastasis group, of breast cancer lymph node metastasis color Doppler ultrasou nd exami nation of the sen sitivity and specificity were analyzed, and to explore the relationship between color Doppler ultrasound exami nation of the in dicators and breast can cer with lymph node metastasis.Results solid tumor and lymph node of color Doppler ultrasound and operation pathology biopsy results in the control, the sensitivity of the detection of 87.18%, specificity 98.88%； the color Doppler ultraso und exami nation of the factors with breast cancer lymphatic metastasis were correlated (P lt; 0.05) .Conclusion preoperative color Doppler ultrasound can clearly show that patients with the disease site, effectively diagnose the state of development of the cancer and whether the occurrenee of lymph node metastasis, for detection of breast cancer and its lymph node metastasis has better effect, the clinical has guiding sign讦icance, it is worth clinical promotion.
