Investigation on Tourism Service Innovation in Shanxi Author:Wang xia Supervisor:Guo Pibin ABSTRACT With the gradually increasing of proportion of service industry in GDP, the community gives greater attention to the study about service industry and service innovation.The study about service innovation in abroad has a history of more than 30 years. However, in domestic, it is still in a stage of spreading.Tourism, as a service industry with rapid development,whose industries have a high relation,whose employment propulsion is strong,whose potential of consuming is large, has become a important industry of the development of national economy. Consequently, it has important actual significance for the investigation on service innovation in tourism. On the basis of the research of the international and domestic service innovation,the paper finding its research direction.Firstly, this paper carried out a summarizing statement of domestic and foreign from the innovation theories,service innovation theories, tourism service innovation theories and the status quo of innovation investigation.Secondly,it defined the concept of the related theory of service, service industry and service innovation, and discussed the relation on innovation driving, innovation obstacles and innovation resource input which is the main factors that impact innovation activities,and studied the influence innovation activities on innovation performance.It had a brush to specific impact indicators of each variable innovation,and put forward the theoretical models on the basis of it, and made a brief explanation on analysis methods used in model verification process.Thirdly,this paper carried out empirical analysis on the presumption theoretical models proposed,chose the related enterprises of tourism industry of eleven prefectures in Shanxi province as investigation object, chose the relevant staff in tourism of various prefectures in Shanxi province as the data source, and established structural
