山东师范大学硕士学位论文 山东师范大学硕士学位论文 上时代要求，教练员普遍认同科研的重要性及高校多学科的科研优势，但由于缺 乏有效的激励机制和受经费的制约，教练员对球队的发展所进行的科研不够；教 练员的专职化比例还比较低，不利于教练员全身心的投入到训练中。 7．山东省普通高校在竞技篮球运动中的经费投入少，有限的经费远远不能保证 正常训练和比赛所需，经费匮乏仍是高校高水平运动队普遍存在的问题。 针对研究结果提出相应的发展对策： 1．根据运动项目的不同特点，制定相应的招生政策，扩大招生来源。 2．健全和完善山东省大学生篮球运动竞赛体系，增加高校问的篮球比赛。 3．进一步完善竞技体育和高等教育的完美结合，充分体现以入为本、全面发展 的人才培养理念。 4．创新大学生运动员的管理模式，利用高校教学学分制改革解决学训矛盾，建 立一套完善、灵活的高校管理体系。 5．根据女大学生篮球运动员的生理特征，制定科学训练模式，提高运动成绩。 6．建立高校教练员聘用制度，加强教练员综合素质的培养，提高训练和技术创 新水平。 7．利用体育的社会化、职业化、市场化，挖掘高校竞技体育的市场，形成多渠 道的经费筹集体制。 关键词：山东省；普通高校；女子篮球队；现状；对策 分类号：G841 2 山东师范大学硕士学位论文 山东师范大学硕士学位论文 Abstract In 1986 the hi【gh-level sports team督，ai set up in the university in ollr country． Along with the development of the society，the athletic sports in the university have played a more important part in the development of the physical education．Thus the university cultivating high-level athletes will have all important effect on the development ofthe physical education。Making the research on￡bc present condition of the university and providing the countermeasures to the university will have a significant meaning to the development ofthe high-level basketball team． As a，province rich in economic and sport,there are many universities such as Shandong University，Ocean University of China,China university of Petroleum and other 52 universities in this province,whose scale and quantity are at the top of our country．There are a large number of gymnasiums and lots of basketball players of higher quality．However,the achievement of womens basketball in the University of Shandong province was not good．By investigating the present condition of the high-level women’s basketball team,the author has got some data and materials which will provide the theory basis to the development ofthe basketball in our province． The research objects are 104 players who attended 12m national university basketball match and 8 coaches．By using the questionnaire，the specialist interviewing，comparative analysis and statistic methods，the aut
