东北^学硕士学位论文 东北^学硕士学位论文 摘要 摘要 铁路是我国运输的大动脉，铁路旅客运输更是在我国旅客运输市场中占着举 足轻重的地位。入世后，中国的经济与市场形势都发生了很大变化，在新的市场 中，面对新的经营环境，国有特大型铁路运输业应向那个方向发展，为了实现发 展目标，应该采取什么样的竞争战略，这不仅影响企业自身的生存和发展，而且 关系到我国市场经济的稳定与发展。 本文选取了沈阳铁路局作为研究对象。沈阳铁路局位于东北铁路网的中南部， F辖7个铁路分局，营业里程在全国各铁路局中是最长的。因此选择沈阳铁路局 作为研究对象具有一定的典型性和代表性。 本文通过对沈阳铁路局旅客运输环境和内部条件的分析，指明了沈阳铁路局 在旅客运输竞争中的优势与劣势，机会与威胁，为沈阳铁路局的未来发展指明了 目标和方向。同时通过对沈阳铁路局以往旅客运输竞争策略的分析，总结了浚局 在旅客运输方面的成功与不足，并对该局以后的发展提出了参考性的意见和建议。 本文在分析沦述过程中主要采用了实地考察调研，比较分析和归纳总结等方 法。真实的反映了沈阳铁路局当前旅客运输所面临的威胁，并通过同民航、公路 的比较，归纳性地总结出沈阳铁路局较之竞争对手的优劣势状况，及应采取的对 策，对一些相关企业的发展，具有一一定的借鉴作用。 关键词：铁路旅客运输竞争威胁对策 东北人学硕I?学位论文Abstract 东北人学硕I?学位论文 Abstract Railwa：’is main kind of transport in China while passenger transport of、railway occupies pivotal position in the passenger transport market．Huge changes have happened in both economic and market situation since we joined WTO．Which way to go and what kind of strategy tO choose is not only a big problem to the state·owned huge-sized railway transport enterprises．but also vital problem to the stability and development of market economy The author chose Shenyang Railway Bureau all objective of this research project． which lies in the middlesouth of Northeastern Railway Web．Owning branches and the longe，．business distance in the fourteen railway bureaus in China．Shenyang Railway Bureau is certainly a suitable objective tO study． The author pointed OUt the strength，weakness，opportunity and threat in the rival of passenger transport of Shenyang Railway Bureau by analyzing its passenger transport situation and internal condition，showed clearly the target and direction of its thture developmem．There are also some constructive suggestions and advices in this essay． The author took many research methods in this essay including field research， comparison，induction and SO Oil．We could truly threats that Shenyang Railway Bureau faced and learned the strength and weakness that the above—mentioned Bureau had between Civil Aviation and Highway passenger transport．The GoLmterl：neasure
