摘要 摘要 州州叫 州州叫叫qJW 川川川肉 。 州州 州adw 川川mEJW 川川川句 。 川州川o的 m川M4·· 州州VE 摘要 从 2002 年至今，铁西老工业区的城市更新巳经进行了 8 年的时间，虽然城市面貌焕然 …新，但是在物质环境得到改静的同时，那些长期困扰铁西区的社会问题是否得到了有效的 解决，腊民目前的生活状态是否得到了相应的改善呢? 为了了解这一问题，本文将关注点置于城市更新盾的社会变化中，选择沈阳市铁回老工 业区城市更新社会绩放进行评价。评价方式为 z 通过结构性访谈的社会调查方法，发放 200 多份问卷以获取第一芋资料，结合统计数据和相关的文献资料，运用比较的方法对选择的五 个不间类型的居住区内的腊民对更新的看法进行分析，力图发现城市更新后铁西老工业区内 居民的状态，井对其进行分析以找到形成这种状态的原因，同时预测由人的状态带来的社会 绩效对未来可能带来的影响，最终通过分析这些影响的利弊来对一个衰败的老工业区城市更 新的社会绩效做出评价。 通过对调查结果的分析可以发现，铁西老工业区的居民对城市更新的态度蒙异很大，曾 经存在的社会问题并没有得到有效的解决，尤其是老铁西的生活状态令人扭忧。究其原 因，这主要是由城市更新所带来的社会结构性流动造成的，单纯的房地产主导的城市更新模 式带来了大规模的人口更新，以新快四为主的新社会的惨入对传统社会中的社会关系带 来了破坏，这两种社会之间的碰撞结果引发了社会的分化和文化的替代，这些影响会随 着时间的推移而带来更大的社会问题，因此铁回老工业区未来的城市更新需要加强对社会的 关性，只有这样才能实现可持续发展的目标。 【关键词):城市更新:社会绩效:社会结构性流动 1 社会分化:评价。 捕要 捕要 Abstract 响le urban regeneration of Tiexi old Industrial District has been 讪 progress for eight years， 也e great change has happened in 伽e townscape ，but whether 也e 阳rious problems that bothered the govemment so much 加 the last twenty years have been solved or n时 is a big issue.
