摘 摘 要 Abs Abstract 万方数据 万方数据 万方数据 万方数据 摘 要 根据广西地矿局地学基础教育数据管理系统建设的总体要求和建设规划，基于建 设地学数据统一管理平台、为地学数据应用提供便捷服务的宗旨，本课题主要通过地 学符号数据库及其管理功能的建设，研发自动跨平台数据转换工具，实现原始 MapGIS 下的地图数据到 ArcGIS 平台的精确迁移，保证数据和符号的真实性。在地学数据的 符号表示、使用习惯沿袭及先进管理平台的优越性能两方面获得双重收益，让用户能 够从 MapGIS 平台下的地图理解无障碍地过渡到 ArcGIS 平台上。 论文主要是围绕如何实现文件和符号库转换以及建设基于 Oracle 的标准符号数 据库展开论述，最终实现的成果满足地矿局的需求。研究内容主要如下： （1）地学数据跨平台转换。转换功能具备两种模式：独立数据转换、数据批量 转换。对转换后数据进行检查评估：数据的拓扑关系检查、数据地理基础信息检查、 数据拓扑校验正确性检查、数据要素图层检查、数据属性字段完整性和属性内容一致 性检查。 （2）地学符号库跨平台转换。为了便于符号库的共享，针对性的解决广西地矿 局各部门积累“一图一库”数字资源的现象，实现将 MapGIS 平台下的系统库转换到 ArcGIS 平台下对应的符号库，从而有效的实现不同 GIS 平台间符号库的共享。 （3）地学符号数据库管理。采用基础库建设，基于国家标准，实现将原有的 MapGIS 的点符号、线符号、面符号转换到 Oracle 数据库中，排除重复符号。数据库 中通过预置常见符号进行地学符号库的管理，实现地学符号的增加、删除、更新等功 能，使其能按需管理地学符号；同时建立统一的地学符号查询，能够按照地学符号的 不同属性进行快速检索并把检索的符号导出,解决了符号库依赖 GIS 环境的问题。 （4）跨平台应用。地学符号数据库管理系统是采用 Oracle 数据库，结合《广西 地矿局地学符号数据库管理系统及地学数据转换系统软件开发》项目及其相关应用， 对地学数据以及地学符号库进行了转换测试，实现了地学数据和符号的跨平台应用， 达到了预期成果。 关键词：GIS 转换 TTX TTF Slib2Style 符号库 - I - Abstract According to general requirements for the basic geological education of data management system construction and construction planning of Guangxi Bureau of Geology and Mineral Prospecting and Exploitation, this topic develops automatic cross-platform data transformation tool through the construction of the geological symbols database and its management function. It achieves the accurate conversion for data from the MapGIS platform to the ArcGIS, ensures the authenticity of the data and symbol based on the tenet of constructing unified management platform of geological data and providing convenient services for data applications. In the matter of symbolic representation of geological data,superior performance of usage habits lineage and advanced management platform, it can acquire double revenues, allows the users to transit accessibly from map understanding of the MapGIS platform to the ArcGIS platform. This paper mainly focuses on how to realize file and symbol library transformation and construction of standard symbol datab
