老年人跌倒的身体素质因素与 老年人跌倒的身体素质因素与 力量训练干预研究 万方数据 万方数据 lower limbs strength, reaction speed, lower limbs flexibility, static balance, dynamic balance and procedural sensitive quality,and the effect to improve aerobic endurance is not obvious ； The lateral comparison analysis of changes of physical quality index that affect falls of the elderly before and after the strength training intervention showed that there was no significant change of physical quality index in the control group.It indicates that strength training intervention is rational and effective,which can help effectually improve the physical condition effecting the eldly fall and advance the anti-fall standard for the eldly. (4) The strength training had a crossed and collaborative effect on the physical quality index that affected the elderly falls and influenced the physical quality of the elderly from multidimensional perspectives. The strength training improved the overall level of the old peoples body quality and enhanced the ability to avoid the eldly falls.
