ABSTRACT Strategic alliance plays a more and more important role in the existing economic society. But in the real world，it is still a difficult job to make decision about the alliance because of the huge risk of the Union itself. 丁hat is what 也is paper try to do:ω |气 establish a complete evaluation system for the participating enterpriseωevaluate 巾 比 benefits 仕om 由e alliance. In this pap町 it is said that companies gain from a union from two aspects: accessing recourse，learning from partners and imitation of ability. BSC is used to evaluate benefit from the alliance for participating ente叩rise in 由is paper. As per也rmance risk and relational risk of the Union，there will be certain volatility of the companys perfonnance. And this volatility should be considered during alliance related decision，while most existing alliance perfonnance evaluation doesn t contain alliance risk. On one hand，this article adds the indicator of alliance risk in the fmal balanced scorecard model to help managers gain in阳ítive understanding of alliance risk; on 由e other hand， further corresponding indicators for 也e relevant risk is added on financial， intemal business ，customer，leaming and grow也 four specific aspects. During the assessment of alliance risk， this paper explains related risk from 由e point of ente叩rise resource and applies the AHP method to establish a quantitative assessment model. Although 也ís paper trlesωestablish a best evaluation of participating enterprises benefit，it doesnt give the assessment of alliance cost，which should be studied further during the following research. ，..
