The developed countries have been in information times, but we still have not finished the industrialization, so being confronted with the enormous gap between them and us, how our corporations compete with them and gain huge profit, I believe that each of us have been thinking it over and over. There are many competitive stratagems for corporation to choose, and without doubt that the new product stratagem is the most vital one. Those corporations surely brought down the gallery, which identified the consumer’s demands early and brought in the new product successfully and quickly. And alone with the sustaining increase of competition degree, only bringing in the new products is unnecessarily the magic weapons to win, but the more important magic weapon is how to bring in the new product quicker than your rivals, in this aspect, Japanese corporations have proved it to the world convincingly and have tolled the bell to us. But much to my regret, I have found that many domestic corporations undercapitalize badly in the new product RD, and some corporations have never invested in the new product RD, and their tactics are follow and imitation to the new product brought in by the multinational, and the imitation is the dominating tactic, and that is the reason why they stay at the lower reaches of the competitive chain.
