万方数据 万方数据 聊城市农业标准化发展对策研究 摘 要 现代化农业离不开农业标准化，农业标准化涉及到现代农业生产、加工、销售 等各个方面。中国要实现农业现代化必须依靠农业标准化来改造国内的传统化农业。 在全国如火如荼的农业标准化改革浪潮中，聊城把握住了发展机遇，取得了较大的 成绩，当然也存在着不足。客观地分析总结聊城市在推行农业标准化发展历程中的 经验和教训，有利于标准化农业在聊城的进一步发展，有助于农业标准化在全国的 推广应用，因此，研究该问题具有重要的意义。 本论文主要有农业标准化的意义、基本理论、国内外农业标准化的现状、聊城 市农业标准化情况分析、存在的问题、对策建议及结论等部分构成。在意义部分， 本文着重阐述了农业标准化对实现中国农业现代化的意义，在理论部分，阐述了简 化原理、统一原理、协调原理和优化原理。现状分析部分着重研究了国内外农业标 准化现状，对聊城市的农业标准化则给予重点研究，指出其与发达国家的差距，及 提高努力的方向。结论部分提出了加快推广农业标准化的对策建议，从领导、机制、 市场、检测等方面入手，给聊城市甚至全国范围内推行农业标准化建设提出了合理 的建议。 中国农业可持续发展和人民不断提高生活质量的需求需要农业标准化。近年来， 随着生活水平的提升和生态环境的不断恶化，使人们对农产品的质量安全的关心程 度不断上升，加快实施农业标准化是解决这个问题的重要途径。 关键词： 现代农业； 农业标准化； 标准化体系； 标准化建设 The Study about Countermeasures of LiaoCheng’s Agriculture Standardization Abstract In the way of Chinese characteristic agriculture modernization, realizing agricultural modernization is the grand goal of agriculture and rural economic development. Agricultural standardization is an important content of agricultural modernization and modern agricultural production, processing and management. With the development of economic globalization and regional economic integration, international standard has become the agricultural development trend. Vigorously promoting agriculture standardization, using standardization to transform traditional agriculture, is the only road to realize agricultural modernization. In China, Liaocheng is in the front row of agriculture standardization, gaining great achievements, but also existing deficiencies. Objectively summarizing Liaocheng’s achievement and problems in the development process of agriculture standardization, is to help further developing agricultural modernization in Liaocheng and promoting application of agriculture standardization in China. Therefore, to study the problem has vital significance. This paper includes meaning, basic theory, current situation of domestic and foreign agricultural standardization, situation analysis, problems and countermeasures about Liaocheng’s agriculture standard
