I I 摘 要 随着经济全球化的发展 ，服务业在各国国 民经济中的比重不断增加 ，世界经 济发展的重心已转向服务业，服务业对于 一国经济未来的繁荣起着战略性作用。 当前服务业已经取代制造业 ，成为国际直 接投资的主流 。服务业对外直接投资在 全球产业与市场整合中发挥着越来越重要的作用 ，日益成为经济全球化 的“黏合 剂 ”。在经济全球化条件下，仅仅靠引进外资参与全球分工体系，只能被动接受 发达国家及其跨国公司的全球战略布局 ，难以在经济全球化和全球分工格局中占 据有利地位 。中国已经加入 WTO，这标志着中国的经济已经纳入全球经济一体化 体系之中 ，中国的服务企业只有积极发展具有比较优势的对外直接投资 ，主动参 与国际分工 ，才能增强其国际竞争力 ，使本国经济真正融入经济全球化浪潮 。因 此 ，将经济全球化下的中国服务业对外直接 投资作为硕士论文选题具有重要的现 实意义。 改革开放以来，中国的服务业在利用外资 方面已经取得了很大的成效，然 而 在发展对外直接投资方面 ，尚处于起步阶 段 ，规模不大 ，对这方面的理论和实证 研究也明显滞后 。基于此 ，本文 在国内外现有研究成果的基础上 ，结合服务业对 外直接投资的最新发展趋势 ，试图对中国的服务业对外直接投资问题展开系统研 究 。本文从中国服务业对外直接投资的动因入手 ，通过理论与实证分析 ，阐述了 中国服务业开展对外直接投资的 理论依据和经济效应 。并在分析当前中国服务业 对外直接投资中存在的主要问题的基础上 ，提出了促进中国服务业对外直接投资 的思路与对策。 关键词：经济全球化；服务业；对外直接投资 II II ABSTRACT With development of the economical globalization, The proportion of service industry unceasingly increases in the national economy in the countries all over the world. The world economic center turns to service industry, and service industry is playing a strategic role in the future prosperity of a courtry. The current service industry has already substituted for the manufacturing industry and becomes the mainstream of the international direct investment. FDI in service industry is playing a more and more vital role in the global industry and the market conformity, and gradually becomes the adhesive of the economical globalization. Under the economical globalization, if a country merely depends on the introduction of foreign capital to participate in the global division system, it can only passively accept the global strategic layout of developed country and its multinational corporations. It will have difficulty in getting the advantages in the economical globalization and the global division pattern. China has already joined in WTO and this symbolizes Chinas economy has already been brought into the world economic integration system.
