II II Abstract Because the West management theory faces the development bottleneck, so highlight the value of management on China traditional culture. The guiding sense of The Confucianism culture which brings to the society has been widely approved, but the Lao-Tzu’s management has the important reference significance similarly by its unique philosophy value to the world management theory’s development. The philosophy of Lao-Tzu begins with “Tao”, and the whole article focuses on “Tao”. So Lao-Tzu’s management can’t leave “Tao”. If we have research on Lao-Tzu’s management, only understand “Tao”, can we get the real Lao-Tzu’s management. We This article is interpreted the Lao-Tzu’s management based on the core concept “Tao”. I elaborate “Tao” of the philosophy connotation, and then establish “says” the management system from this. This is the vein of the article: The preface is elaborated the reason why I select the topic and Lao-Tzu’s is a supplement to philosophy of management.
