Company merger and acquisition is conducive to enhancing the competitiveness of the company, and expanded the companys scale of operation, be helpful for adjusting industrial structure, promote the economic development. However, we see company merger and acquisition brings tremendous benefits ,at the same time, we should also see the company merger brings negative effect. The interests bodys affected by the company mergers and acquisitions is various, mainly inclouding the shareholders of the company, the companys creditors, employees of the company. The employees of the company is the most incapable of action body among the interests bodys affected by the company mergers and acquisitions.
