山东师范大学硕士学位论文山东师范大学硕士学位论文 II II 第四部分是佩珀生态社会主义思想对我国和谐社会建设的启示。第一，要以经济建设为中心，坚持经济的适度增长；转变经济发展方式，以科技为支撑,发展“循环经济”，发展绿色产业，推行绿色国内生产总值、领导绿色绩效考核制度，在对外经济关系中，坚持平等互利原则，杜绝“洋垃圾”。第二，坚持加强基层民主建设、完善公民社会与建设服务型政府并举的做法。第三，国家政府要坚持以人为本，加快推进以改善民生为重点的社会建设，促进社会公正，缩小社会贫富差距、扩大就业，使人们能共享改革开放和社会建设所取得到成果。第四，要加强环境教育，提高我国公民的环境意识，同时倡导绿色、文明、健康的消费方式，促进人与自然的和谐发展。关键词：佩珀；生态社会主义；和谐社会分类号：D089 PAGE PAGE IV Abstract Eco-socialism is one kind of socialism school. It started from the western ecological movement in the 1970 of the 20th century. Its development experienced three stages.Pepper is a representative of eco-Socialist thought in the 1990 of the 20th century. He put forward his own unique insights. He deepened and promoted the development of eco-Socialist thought. Compared with other scholars of ecological socialism,his thought is closest to Marxism. Pepper also said he was the left-wing in the ecological movement. Peppers theory is still insufficient. But some of his views still have very big enlightenment to Chinese construction of harmonious society. This paper mainly discusses four aspects. The first part analyzes the historical background, the theoretical sources of Pepper’s theory of eco-socialism as well as Pepper’s academic research to the problem. Historical background was analyzed from two aspects. First, the deterioration of the worlds environmental problems and the awakening of public environmental awareness. Second, capitalism and socialism cannot really solve the problem of deterioration of the ecological environment. The sources of his theory are mainly three aspects: ecological thinking of Marxism, Ecological Thought of Frankfurt School and theories of ecology, systematics,and futurology. The second part introduces the main contents of Pepper’s theory of eco-socialism discussed from four aspects. First, Pepper pointed out that the production of the capitalist way of life is the root causes of ecological degradation and environmental pollution, and the capitalist system is a so
