Abstract: This paper mainly analyzes the definition of calling students by teachers. And why it is necessary for teachers to ca11ing
students with art. Questionnaire ,interview ,case study and theoretic
ana1ysis are applied to research the strategies of ca11ing students.
Calling is how peop1e ca11 each other in dai1y communication. And in terms of the calling students by teachers ,it is a sort of calling g used in educational occasion 1ike greeting, exchanging ideas and
communicating. Different from the common calling in the socia1 activities,however ,there are specific characteristics in calling students. cal1ing students ís for educational use. 1t has ethic
ímplication and is regu1ated by teachers professional morals. 1t is a1so an expressing of love to students. 1t seems insignificant for how
the teacher call students. Nonetheless ,educatíona1 strategies are
included in calling. Whether the teacher addresses students strategical1y is of great va1ue in improving and estab1ishing the new
type of re1ationship between teacher and students,in enhancíng
education effect and promoting students heal thy growth in physics and mind.
When ca11ing students,teacher should live up to the principles of
equality ,intimacy ,encouragement ,accuracy and improvement. The principles should be flexíb1y app1ied to specific students,occasion and context. 丁he calling should be varied according to students age, personali ty ,occasion ,intimacy and purpose. Combining wi th the practice
