万方数据万方数据 The Clinical Significance Of Uric Acid And C-reactive Protein Level In Elderly Patients With Acute Coronary Syndrome Abstract Objective: To define whether there is a relationship between uric acid and C-reactive protein level in elderly patients with acute coronary syndrome. Methods: Selected 158 patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS), 172 patients with chronic coronary artery disease (CAD) in Qingdao Municipal Hospital department of Cardiology，department of Cadres Health Care ,eldCRP in blood,and fasting glucose, low density lipoprotein level of the two groups of patients . Result: The level of blood UA and CRP in elderly patients with ACS and CAD were significantly higher than that of control group, especially the ACS group compared with healthy controls(P 0.01)；Multivariate Logistic regression analysis shows，the influence of blood uric acid levels in elderly ACS has statistical significanc.；Linear correlation analysis showed that the level of UA and CRP into positive correlation. Conclusions: In elderly patients with coronary heart disease ,the levels of UA and CRP are positive correlation with severity of coronary artery disease； Blood UA and CRP levels are closely associated with elderly patients with ACS，both can be used as independent risk factors for the elderly ACS；Testing blood UA and CRP levels on the prevention, treatment and prognosis of elderly ACS judgment has important clinical significance； Increased blood UA may trigger inflammation reaction.
