高速公路养护综合管理信息平台建设的思考 陈策 江苏高速公路工程养护技术中心，南京，210049 摘要：为整合江苏交通控股系统现有路面养护管理、桥梁养护管理和养护计划管理等信息系 统，充分挖掘养护数据集中化、规模化管理带来的价值，指导江苏高速公路养护综合管理信 息平台建设，在2017 年,江苏高速公路工程养护技术中心牵头开展了养护综合管理信息平台 建设的顶层设计项目研究。在调研国内外养护信息系统发展现状的基础上，该顶层设计将确 定综合信息管理平台的基本框架、目标以及主要功能。 本文将结合该项目前一阶段的调研 结果，着重对江苏交通控股系统现有主要养护信息系统的基本情况、发展需求进行讨论，同 时也将对国外养护信息系统的部分最新发展进行介绍。笔者期望本文能为国内外同行提供一 些有益参考。 关键词：路面养护；桥梁养护；信息系统；江苏高速 Reflections on the development of information platform for Integrated Management of Expressway maintenance Chen Ce Jiangsu Expressway Engineering Maintenance Technology Center，Nanjing ，210049 Abstract: In order to integrate the existing information systems such as pavement management system, bridge management system and maintenance management system in Jiangsu Communication Holding Ltd., as well as to tap the value of the centralized management of large scale maintenance data, in 2017, a research project was initiated by Jiangsu Expressway Engineering Maintenance Technology Center to carry out the concept design of the integrated information system for transportation asset maintenance management. In addition to the survey on the state of the practice of maintenance information system in China and abroad, this project will also determine the basic framework, objectives and main functions of the prospective integrated information system. Based on the survey results out of the earlier stage of the mentioned project, this paper mainly introduces the current situation and potential requirement of the maintenance information system in Jiangsu Communication Holding Ltd., Also, some of the emerging practices and trends concerning maintenance information system out of China is reviewed.
