再生资源回收平台现状的研究 　　【摘 要】我国产业的飞速发展，能源消耗已占世界第二。国家提出建设“美丽中国”四项任务并提供再生资源税收优惠的政策，鼓励社会资本投入循环经济。“互联网+”影响各行各业，再生资源回收模式逐渐转变。论文对现有资源回收平台网进行了整理，对优缺点进行了分析比较并结合现有平台存在的一些问题，提出了搭建一个为居民用户与回收人员提供服务一体化的回收平台，实现零散废品的流转的构想。 　　【Abstract】With the rapid development of Chinas industry，energy consumption has occupied the second place in the world.
