纤维支气管镜检查时患者卧位和坐位两种不同体位麻 醉的效果对比 ［ ］日的研究在进行纤维支气管镜检查时患者采用卧位与坐位 麻醉的效果，比较两种体位引发的不良反应，为提高纤维支气管镜的安全 性寻求依据。方法选取我院2012年8月?2014年5月行纤维支气管镜 检查的患者100例为研究対象，按照麻醉时体位的不同分为卧位组与坐位 组，观察两组患者的麻醉效果与不良反应。结果 两组患者麻醉后的总冇 效率、发生呕吐、氧分压下降、耐受例数比较，差异无统计学意义（P0. 05）； 仅呛咳发生情况，差异有统计学意义（P〈0?05）。结论 两种不同体位对 患者的麻醉效果各有优缺点，只要在操作过程中注意麻醉夯喷入方法的止 确性以及麻醉时间的学控，能有效将麻醉产生的不良反应降到最低，保证 纤维支气管镜的检查顺利。 ［关键词］纤维支气管镜；检查；不同体位；麻醉效果 ［中图分类号］R614 ［文献标识码］B ［文章编号］1673-9701 （2014） 32-0142-03 Comparison in two anesthetic efficacies of recumbent position and sitting posit i on of pati e nts in fiber bron choscopy exam in ati on JIANG Xun ZHONG Shenghong Department of Anesthesiology, the First People, Hospital of Jiujiang City in Jiangxi Province, Jiujiang 332000, China [Abstract] Objective To explore anesthetic efficacies of the application of recumbent position and sitting position in fiber bronchoscope inspection, adverse reactions resulted from two positions were compared, and to seek the basis for improving the safety of fiber bronchoscopy. Methods One hundred patients undergoing fiber bronchoscopy from August, 2012 to May, 2014 were selected as research subjects, who were divided into the recumbent position group and sitting position group according to difforent positions of anesthesia , anesthesia efficacies and adverse reactions of patients in two groups were observed? Results The comparison in total effective rate, vomiting, oxygen partial pressure drop and toleranee cases of patients in two groups hit P〉0?05, the difference was no statistically significant, the occurrenee of bucking hit P0.05 , and the differenee was statistically significant? Conclusion Anesthetic efficacies of two different postures deliver both advantages and disadvantages on patients, adverse reactions of the anesthesia produced can be effectively minimized as long as the injection method of anesthetic medicine and the con trol on an esthetic time in the process of operation is correct , guaranteeing smooth fiber bronchoscope examination.
