经皮肾镜碎石取石术手术护理方法研究和效果 ［ ］目的探讨经皮肾镜碎石术患者临床护理方法及 其护理效果。方法对来该院诊治的80例患者相关资料进 行综合分析，并根据患者住院治疗时间顺序分为两组。对照 组采用常规口服等护理，实验组则进行个性化针对性护理， 比较两组护理效果。结果该次调研中，实验组90%护理效 果较好，高于对照组(75%) (P0. 05)；实验组95%对该院综 合护理效果较好，高于对照组(80%) (P0. 05)；实验组护 理后22例患者紧张情绪得到明显缓解，且手术后只有4例 出现并发症，优于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论 经皮肾镜碎石 术是临床上比较常见的手术，手术前后加强患者护理能够有 效的提高护理效果，缓解患者手术过程中的紧张情绪，降低 并发症发生率，值得推广使用。 ［关键词］经皮肾镜碎石术；护理方法；护理效果 ［中图分类号］R473. 6 ［文献标识码］A ［文章编号］ 1674-0742 (2014) 10 (b) -0163-03 ［Abstract］ Objective To study the clinical nursing method for percutaneous nephroli thotomy and the nursing effect? Methods The relative data of 80 patients diagnosed and treated in our hospital were analyzed comprehensively. And the patients were divided into two groups according to the order of admission. The control group was given the conventional oral medication and other nursing , and the experimental group was given personalized and targeted nursing. And the nursing effects were compared between the two groups. ResuIts In this research, 90% of the patients in the experimental group had good nursing effect, higher than 75% of the patients in the control group (P0. 05)； the experiment group of 95% is better for the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in our hosp it al, higher t han that (80%) of the cont rol group (P0. 05 ) ； After nursing, the tension of 22 patients in the experimental group was eased significantly, and only 4 patients had postoperative complications, which was better than the control group (P0.05) . Conclusion Percutaneous nephrolithotomy is a comm on operation in clinical practice ?
