With the large scale and high risk security, there is a phenomenon that the students stand up for themselves difficultly after their rights being violated. The introduction of the insurance mechanism is the first choice on the practice of security risks, and the relevant national agencies have stated that internship liability insurance system as an important path to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of students should prevent and resolve security risks. Therefore, it is necessary to sort out the path of safcty risk rcsponsibility， to clarify the cxisting internship liability insurance problems in the process of internship, to improve and perfect internship of liability insurance system? Keyword： higher vocational colleges; internship; internship liability insurance; Received： 2017-09-10 在中高职院校，实习是一项重要的教学活动。实习单位由学校统一安排或学生自 主选择，无论实习单位如何选择，实习目的均不在于获得报酬，而是通过校企 合作育人，提高学牛专业知识水平、实践经验和就业创业能力等综合能力。 根据《2015年全国教育事业发展统计公报》的统计，中等职业教育毕业生567. 88 万人，普通高等教育本专科毕业生680. 89万人山。依此估算，每年约有1200 多万的学生在毕业前进入实习单位实习。实习生规模较大，实习安全风险，实习 安全事故居高不下，学生权益受侵害现象较多。由于权责不清且实习学生的“劳 动者”身份尚不明确，权益受侵害后无法通过劳动法律制度和社会保险法律制 度及吋有效维权，而口，学校和实习单位均不愿对实习安全事故承担责任，致 使实习期间学生合法权益得不到有效保障。因此，有必要梳理实习安全责任风险 的防范路径，厘清实习责任保险推行过程中存在的问题，进一步优化实习责任 保险，提高其防范和化解实习安全责任风险的实效性，维护实习学生的合法权 益。 一、实习安全责任风险防范路径选择 无论采取何种措施都不能保证实习安全事故完全不发生，转移实习安全风险才 是首要选择。目前，为保护实习学生权益，主
