The positive rate of HPV16 and HPV18 detected by fluorescence quantitative PCR method were 50.0% and 13.9%, respectively.　Conclusion　The consistence of two detection methods was good, and HPV12+2 type detection kit was suitable for application in the childbearing age women at risk of cervical cancer scree
