时间因素对EDTA-K2依赖性血小板减少症患者 血小板计数的影响 王园园1）; 王保峰2）; 付书贞1） 1）河南省肿瘤医院450008 2）河南省中医药研究院附属医院 郑州 450003 【摘要】目的 探讨时间对EDTA依赖性假性血小板减少症（EDTA-PTCP）患者血小板检测的影响。方法 收集河南省肿瘤医院2012~2014年期间确诊为EDTA依赖性血小板减少症的患者39例，分别采集EDTA-K2抗凝血于0min、10min、30min、60min和120min，应用全自动血细胞分析仪SYSMEX XN-2000、手工法计数血小板，以及血涂片瑞氏染色观察血小板聚集情况。结果 EDTA-K2抗凝血在0min的检测结果最接近手工计数值，差异无统计学意义(P0．05)，而在10min、30min、60min和120min的检测结果与手工计数值差异均有统计学意义(P均0．05)。以上血标本在涂片镜检时可发现血小板数量均正常，随着时间的进展，散在分布的血小板逐渐较少，聚集成堆的血小板逐渐增多。结论 时间对EDTA依赖性血小板减少症患者血小板检测有影响，对于该类患者应在抽血完毕尽快完成上机检测，并同时进行推片镜检复查，以求结果的准确性。 【关键词】 时间； EDTA-PTCP； 血小板计数；血涂片 The influence of time factor on platelet count in EDTA-K2-dependent thrombocytopenia (EDTA-PTCP ) patient 【Abstract】 Objective To study the influence of time factor on platelet count in EDTA-K2-dependent thrombocytopenia (EDTA-PTCP ) patient. Methods Collect 39 patients in Henan Tumor Hospital that diagnosed EDTA-dependent thrombocytopenia during 2014 ~ 2012, collect EDTA-K2 anticoagulant at 0min、10min、30min、60min and120min, apply three methods for platelet count or observing the aggregation situation: auto-blood cell analyzer SYSMEX XN-2000, manual method, and blood smear. Results The platelet count in 0min was closest to manually count result, the difference was not statistically significant (P 0.05), while in 10min, 30min, 60min and 120min of the test, differences were statistically significant (P 0.05). Those blood samples could be found the platelet count normal, as time progressed, as time progresses, scattered platelets gradually become less, piles of platelet gradually increased.
