浅析我国企业的绩效工资
摘 要
中国加入世贸组织后,经济取得了举世瞩目的快速增长,促进了我国企业经济体制改革和经济结构的战略性调整,经济发展水平得到显著的提高,经济的国际竞争力也得到增强。但入世同时也对我国企业带来了国际化市场竞争的机遇与挑战。其中,企业在管理中面临挑战。然而工资制度改革是一项政策性、群众性很强的工作,必须严格按照试行方案和实施细则的规定执行。企业通过激励个人提高绩效促进整个组织的绩效,即通过绩效工资传达企业绩效预期的信息,激励企业中所有的职工来达到它的目的,并使企业关注独具特色的文化和价值观,促进高绩效员工获得高期望薪酬,保证员工的薪酬因绩效而不同。企业绩效工资改革受到社会的广泛关注,本文从介绍绩效、工资和绩效工资的内涵,阐明了绩效工资的特征,分析了实行绩效工资的前提和绩效工资的优缺点。因此,中国企业的经营者们更加关注战略执行的有效实施。企业实施绩效工资的原则与管理要点以及围绕绩效工资在企业管理中是如何取长补短。

Abstract
