Ⅱ．范例（Samples） Tom has recently been employed by an import and export company. A manager briefs him on the organizational structure of the company. The managing Director, Mr. White, is accountable to the board. Under him there are five departments, respectively in charge of personnel, finance, production, marketing, and transportation. Tom works in the Marketing Department, taking care of market research. He will be assisted by a team and report to the Marketing Director.
