平衡针联合浮针治疗肱骨外上操炎的疗效观察 湖南省农科院职工医院长沙410125 【摘 要】目的观察平衡针联合浮针治疗肱骨外上礫炎的临床疗效，探讨其应 用价值。方法 将96例肱骨外上髀炎患者，随机分为平衡针+浮针组、平衡针组 和浮针组，每组32例。平衡针+浮针组采用平衡针联合浮针治疗，平衡针组采用 单纯平衡针治疗，浮针组采用单纯浮针治疗，治疗3个疗程后，对比观察三组视 觉模拟评分(VAS)、疼痛分级指数(PRI)及临床疗效。结果(1)三组治疗前 VAS及PRI比较，差异均无统计学意义(P0.05)；治疗后VAS及PRI均低于治 疗前(Plt;0.01)o (2)治疗后VAS及PRI组间多重比较：平衡针组和浮针组比 较,差异均无统计学意义(P0.05)；与平衡针+浮针组比较，差异均有显著统 计学意义(Plt;0.01)o(3)平衡针+浮针组优良率93.7%,平衡针组优良率84.4%, 浮针组优良率90.6%。三组优良率比较，差异有显著统计学意义(Plt;0.01)o结 论平衡针联合浮针治疗肱骨外上驟炎疗效优于单纯平衡针、单纯浮针治疗，值 得临床推广。 【关键词】平衡针；浮针；肱骨外上礫炎；临床观察 Efficacy epic on dylitis balance acup un cture n eedle floati ng ? external humeral ZHANG Zuo-cai.
