乙醇水二元体系中水在玉米粉上吸附平衡测定

摘要 :通过吸附脱附试验 ,获得了乙醇水二元混合气体中水在玉米粉上的吸附等温线 。在乙醇
水二元体系中 , 由于两组分竞争吸附的存在 ,水在玉米粉上的平衡吸附量小于纯水惰性气体下的
水的平衡吸附量 ;二元体系中乙醇与水的吸附总量对温度更加敏感 。乙醇的存在对于水的吸附曲
线形状没有显著的改变 ,仍然可以用 Sircar 、GAB 以及吸附势的大孔无孔模型进行较好的拟合 。

Abstract :By adsorptiondesorption experiments , adsorption isotherms of water on corn meal in the presence of
ethanolwater vapor mixture were obtained . Because of the interaction between the two components , the
equilibrium adsorbing quantity of water for the binary components system was less than that of water with
nitrogen carrier gas ; the total absorbing quantity of water and ethanol was more sensitive to temperature . The
isotherms of water didn ’t change its shape observably in the presence of ethanol and could be well expressed
with Sircar model , GAB model and the potential theory for macroporousnonporous media .
