不同剂量阿托伐他汀钙片预防颈动脉粥样硬化患者脑梗塞的作用探析 大庆油［□总医院163001 摘要：目的：探析阿托伐他汀钙片的不同剂量对于颈动脉粥样硬化患者预防脑梗 塞的作用。方法：选取70例颈动脉粥样硬化患者作为研究对彖，收治时间为 2013年3月至2015年4月，分为对照组和观察组两组各35例，方法随机。对 照组患者使用低剂量的阿托伐他汀钙片进行治疗；观察组患者使用高剂量的阿托 伐他汀钙片进行治疗。观察所有颈动脉粥样硬化患者的病情变化，发生脑梗塞的 情况以及不良反应发生情况。结果：两组颈动脉粥样硬化患者在治疗期间，在 脑梗塞发生率方面，观察组的数据为11.43%明显要优于对照组，P值小于0.05； 两组均出现轻微的不良反应且停药后恢复正常，不具可比性（P〉0.05）o结论： 每天20mg的高剂量阿托伐他汀钙片对于颈动脉粥样硬化患者预防脑梗塞的作用 更为明显，不良反应少，值得在治疗中推广使用。 关键词：剂量；阿托伐他汀钙片；颈动脉粥样硬化；脑梗塞 Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets on the effects of different doses of prevention of cerebral infarction in patients with carotid atherosclerosis Lu Dan Wang Xiaohui Zhu Chunyu Yang Lili Daqing Oilfield General Hospital Zip code 163001 【Abstract］： Objective： To analyze the different dose atorvastatin calcium tablet is about the role of carotid atherosclerosis prevention in patients with cerebral infarction.
