jp诲％彳昭￡未丈学 Shanghai University of Engineering Science 都市旅游课论文 学院 专 业 管理学院 旅游管理（邮轮经济） 夏雯婷、马骏.卢政、 闫国东陆文超、郭轶唯 闫国东 指导教师 题 目 上海旧厂房改造的旅游产品分析 2012年5月 摘要 上世纪七十年代后，全球经济格局发生变化，世界范围内第三产 业的发展使得经济重心由制造业转移到服务业,城市中大量的工业企 业及其基础设施外迁，遗留下大量闲置或废弃的工业建筑，这类建筑 而临被推到重建的命运。伴随着人类历史保护意识的提升、人文思想 及环境保护意识的增强，人们逐渐意识到这一块特殊的工业建筑用地 存在着巨大的发展潜力，如何对这一块空间进行有效的利用，使之既 可以延续历史风貌，又能创造新的经济价值，成为一个亟需解决的问 题。废旧厂房改造与再利用是一个永久的话题，随着人类社会步入信 息化时代,创意产业的迅速崛起，逐渐成为带动经济增长的主导力量， 同时也为旧厂房的改造与再利用提供良机，大量的废旧厂房在失去原 有功能的情况下通过创意设计改造被赋予了新的使用功能，并且与当 前的社会生活联系起来，其中改造之一便是创意产业园，从此旧厂房 获得新生。本论文以此为契入点探讨了I口厂房结合创意产业的功能， 被改造为多元化创意产业园区的研究。本论文以查阅资料、实地调研 为基础，总结归纳了旧厂房改造与再利用的动因；旧厂房改造为创意 产业园的发展概括;重点论述了创意产业园环境改造设计的内容、设 计方法，并通过具体实例加以分析;论文最后通过前几章的研究分析 提岀发展创意产业园应注意的问题以及对未来发展的展望。 关键词：旧厂房 创意产业 改造 再利用 Abstract 【英文摘要】The structure of global economy changed after the seventies of the last century. With the growth of the tertiary industry, the economic focus shifted from manufacturing to services? A large numbcr of industrial cntcrpriscs moved their infrastructures away from the downtown with a lot of idle and abandoned old factory buiIding left? Those old industrial buildings had to be dismantled and new ones would be built? With enhanced awareness of historical and environmental protection and humanist thought, people gradually realized that there was a great potential in the development of those old factory building. How to use the land efficiently, sustain the historical features and create new economic values had become a serious problem? The transformation and reuse of waste factory buildings is a permanent topic? The human society has entered the infonuation age? Creative industries are rising sharply and have become the leading force driving the economic growth? That brings great opportunities to the transformation and reuse of the waste factory buildings? Creative designs give those waste buildings new lives? The original functions have been lost? But new functions can be given to those buildings? There will be new relationship between those building
