城市休闲产业发展水平评价研究——以长沙市为例.pdfVIP

摘 要 随着近年来我国居民收入水平的不断提高，广大人民群众用于旅游休闲方面 的时间和费用不断增长，国内外关于城市休闲产业发展水平评价的各种模型与指 标体系也层出不穷。虽然上述评价模型与评价指标在建模与选取方面的不同得出 的评价结果存在较大的差异，但上述研究成果在进一步推动我国城市休闲产业发 展方面具有较为积极的促进作用，同时也为相关学术研究奠定了较为坚实的理论 基础。本文在借鉴整合国内城市休闲产业发展水平评价指标体系基础之上，构建 新的城市休闲产业发展水平评价指标体系；采用主成分分析方法对长沙市以及其 他30个城市进行实证研究并比较，进而科学评价长沙市休闲产业发展水平。 本文的论文研究大致包括如下几个部分：论文的第一部分重点阐述了研究的 课题背景与研究意义，同时细致梳理了国内外关于城市休闲产业评价方面的研究 文献，发现研究的薄弱环节；其次，提出科学构建城市休闲产业发展水平评价指 标体系的理论思路与原则，基于城市休闲适宜程度、城市休闲经济实力、城市休 闲基础设施建设水平视角，构建了包含如上三个子系统的城市休闲产业发展水平 评价指标体系，以主成分分析理论为基础，结合综合评价的基本原理，构建了基 于主成分分析的城市休闲产业发展水平综合评价模型。最后，以长沙为例，选取 我国31个主要城市为样本，用主成分分析对三个子系统和整个系统的发展水平 进行了评价，基于此找出长沙市休闲产业发展过程中所存在的问题，并提出长沙 市休闲产业发展水平的具体策略。 本文构建了新的城市休闲产业发展水平评价指标体系，并采用主成分综合评 价模型对城市休闲产业发展水平进行了评价，试图为长沙市休闲产业发展水平的 提升策略方面提供参考借鉴。 关键词：休闲产业，评价指标体系，评价方法，长沙市 I ABSTRACT Along with the unceasing enhancement of our country’s economy level people areusingmore andmoretimeandmoneyintravellingyearbyyear.Atthe sametime various kinds of indicator system and evaluation criteria related to leisure city evaluationare alsoemerging.However duetothe differentindex selectiontreatments bring differentevaluationresults； theseresearchresultsplay acertainpositive effect on promoting the construction and development of the leisure cities in our country which also will lay a solid theoretical foundation for this study.
