浙江汉族人群16个Y-STR基因座遗传多态性调查.PDF

Results　4～ 13 lleles were found in the preview 15 Y-ST R loci, nd 47 h plotypes were found in DYS385 /b locus.The GD v lue w s f rom 0.39 18 to 0.9609.199 h plotypes w ere found in 16 Y-ST R loci, of w hich 196 w ere unique, 2 were found in 2 individu ls, 1 w ere found in 3 individu ls, nd the observed h plotypes diversity v lue w s 0.9998.　Conclusion　the 16 Y-ST R loci re highly polymor- phic nd re suit ble for forensic pplic tion in Zheji ng.
