At present, the research on theory of mind has become a hot subject for development psychology, philosophy of mind and cognitive science. The study reviews its research origin and conception, content and basic paradigm, problem and dilemma. Especially reflects the relationship between dilemma and interpretation model （Theory theory, Simulation Theory, Modularity Theory ）. A limitation of the previous researches is that it concerned the phenomenonal conclusion of study only. And pertinent experiments, which can verify the rationality of interpretation models of children‟s theory of mind, were seldom designed. What‟s more, be lake of discriminating experiment models to test the constant controversy among the interpretation models. So, there has been a big problem in integrating the interpretation models of ToM. Upon those, the paper studies the most three influential interpretation models of ToM. According to their own theoretical backgrounds and viewpoints, it chooses the most representative core points as the contents of study. On those bases, two researches are conducted: a correlational study and an experiment one.
