Abstract Abstract AAbbssttrraacctt st In the 21 century ,we are caring for productive forces， but also concerned with quality of product or service. In the process of globalization ,the competition the enterprise face with becomes more and more fierce ,and meanwhile consumers have a growing demand of quality of goods and service . The quality management system developed in thepast decades has already been well provided。But itsstrength is still not equal to fast respond consumers’ flexible demand. People begin to concentrate on supply chain quality management. According to the quality management method based on supply chain, central enterprise must do well in their inner quality management at first, and then ithas to lead other firms to work togetherfor quality management, which should include all staffs, all aspects, and whole process. Supply chain quality management will developtheabilityoffast responseandcompetitionatthesametime. In view of the product quality problem took place frequently in recent years, we analyze the predecessor’s quality management theory at first, and then emphasize using the supply chain management pattern in quality management, and the effect of trusts between enterprises in the quality management .We discusses effect of enterprises cooperation on product quality .And then we analyze the following 3 aspect：profit distribution, information sharing, and the confidence among supply chain partner. At last we point out that the supply chain management has a powerful effect on improving efficiency , but also is worthy of studyingand practicinginthefield ofproductquality.
