Therefore, the risk assessment becomes extremely important aspect of scientific and legal connection. With the introduction of the Food Safety Law,the introduction of Regulations for the Implementation of Food Safety Law by State council, establishment of a national food safety risk assessment expert committee and the National Food Safety Risk Assessment Center,our food safety risk aeeseement has formed the basic framework. But from the point of view to set up and implementation process, The following problems still exist:the first is risk assessment uncertainty;the second is that Food safety risk assessment agencies needs to be improved,from the following angles to think : dependence of the risk assessment ,the selection of expert in expert committee,the progame of risk assessment,the problems of expert;the third is that Priorities for risk assessment of the legal provisions need to be improved;the fourth is that specific procedures of risk assessment needs to be improved;the fifth is that lack of Support mechanisms of risk assessment,for example,risk communication,public participation.
