民办高校财务管理研究——基于GS民办高校的案例分析 暨南大学 MPACC 学位论文: 民办高校财务管理研究??基于 GS民办高校的案例分析 中文摘要 我国民办高等教育的发展从上世纪八十年代至今,已经走过了有三十多个年头。 民办高等教育现在已经成为我国高等教育组成部分。民办高校从不受认可、办学基础 薄弱到获得国家、社会公众的认可与接受,有些学校的发展甚至超过了公办学校,在 没有国家财政支持的情况下,实属不易。民办高校在迅速发展的同时也受到各种财务 管理问题的困扰,若不能妥善解决,在很大程度上制约了民办高校持续健康的发展, 要做大做强将无从谈起。本文通过对困扰民办高校发展中的问题进行了深入的分析与 探讨,对如何提升民办高校自身的竟争力、解决与优化我国民办高校财务管理的问题 进行了有益的探索。 本文首先介绍了我国民办高校的发展历程与概况,接着选择 GS 民办高校做为个 案,结合相关的基础理论,对GS民办高校在内部管理、资金管理、预算管理等方面的 现状与存在问题进行了分析与探讨。最后在借鉴美日私立高校成功办学经验的基础上, 在内部管理、资金管理、预算等方面提出了改善我国民办高校财务管理的措施与途径。 关键词:民办高校, 财务管理, 措施与途径 I暨南大学 MPACC 学位论文: 民办高校财务管理研究??基于 GS民办高校的案例分析 ABSTRACT The development of private higher education in China since the eightys of last century, has gone through more than 30 years.
