重点中学借读生发展阻滞状态及其对策研究 _ 基于上海市FD中学的调查 摘 要 重点中学借读生发展阻滞状态及其对策研究是基于笔者在教学一线十多年 以来发现的问题而撰写的。本研究在前人研究借读生管理制度、借读生心理状况 及借读生发展的基础上,通过对笔者所在重点高中的实证调查,获知重点高中借 读生的群体适应、人际交往、学业发展的现状,了解了借读生发展中存在的一些 问题及其产生的根源,并在此基础上提出借读生发展阻滞的对策,进而促进教育 公平的践行。因此,本研究在理论和实践上具有一定的意义,也有一定的创新之 处。 本研究以教育的内涵、教育公平理论和激励理论为理论基础,采用了文献研 究法、问卷调查法、访谈法和案例研究法等基本方法进行研究。研究发现:重点 中学借读生发展的阻滞现象比较突出,即对班级群体不够适应、人际交往尤其是 与教师交往不顺利、其学业与在籍生相较差距明显。这些发展阻滞现象,又会带 来许多消极的影响。 本研究还发现,导致借读生发展阻滞的原因是多方面的。其中,既有外因, 又有内因。外因包括社会上对重点高中的热衷、学校在管理借读生时的失范及教 师管理借读生的意识淡薄;内因则在于借读生“自我”的缺失。 为此,笔者提出了几点对策,即社会应理性看待 “借读”;相关部门应积极 履行其主体责任及义务;建立激励机制,激发学校管理“借读生”的主动性;提 高教师管理借读生的意识和提高借读生自我发展的意识等。关键词:借读生,发展,阻滞,发展阻滞 IAbstract The research on unregistered students ’ development block state in key schools and its countermeasures is written on the basis of the porblems found by the author who has been in teaching position for more than ten years.In this study,on the basis of previous studies of unregistered students on their manegement system,mental conditions and development,the author is informed of the current situation of these students ’ group adaptation,interpersonal relationship in the key high school the author works in.A few problems of their development are revealed and the origins resulting in these problems are further discussed.The author,therefore,puts forward the counter measures against the development block in an attempt of promoting educational fairness.Thus,this study is of a certain significance in the theory and practice and makes some innovations In the study, on the basis of the connotation of education, educational equity theory and motivation theory, the author uses basic methods such as documentary research, questionnaire, interview and case study to carry out the study.It found that unregistered students block of key middle schools is more obviece.That is to say,the adapt poorly to the new environment,lack proper communication with teachers and lag behind most of the registered students.However,the
