Research on Wetting Powder of Bacillus subtilis with
Each Gram 20 Billion Spores

AAbstract: Throughbstract : researching on the formulation of the wettable powder of Bacillus subtilis B99-2, the optimal
formulation were confirmed as follows: the content of filler diatomite, dispersing agent PVA, wetting agent D425,
stabilizer CMC-Na, UV protection agents FWA were 10, 7.2, 4.8, 2.0 and 0.1% respectively. The quality detection showed
that the spores content of Bacillus subtilis B99-2 wetting powder could come up to 2.0×1010 cfu/g, and suspension rate of
the production was 79%, and the dispersion time was 48 s and thermal decomposition rate of storage was 23.6% which
came up to the formulation standard.
