SAP is found in Germany.And now,in China,there are many enterprises using SAP to manage their HR.And also,SAP China invite some universities to research on Chinese situation.And our school is on their list.There is a saying the best-run business run SAP. ●Structures in SAP HR Enterprise Structure Personnel Structure Division of employees depends on the payment and work schedules. Employee Group is a general division of employees. (external,active,pensioners) Organizational Plan An organizational plan provides a model of the structural and personnel environment at your enterprise. ●Specific Operation in SAP HR 招聘 考勤管理 薪资管理…… Recruitment 招聘 Vacancy-Advertisement-Applicant-Profile match up-Interview-Hire We can use SAP software to make recruitment process more efficiently. First we can advertising vacant positions on medium,like employment office,press and internet.Then,we receive applications.All data is recorded in SAP.And we can use SAP system to select applicants according to our needs.After that,we do the interview and finally hire the best person. SAP recruitment system can provide the whole recruitment process from register,interview,analysis and officially hire.It includes the every detail of the plan,carry out,hire and evaluation of recruitment. Attendance Management 考勤管理 We can use SAP to manage attendance. First,enterprise set up the working time according to the actual situation and holiday details.It is the foundation of evaluating the attendance of workers. Then,we need to record every employee’s time data in SAP by punch card system and SAP can recognise the difference between leave(illness...) and business trip. And there is two method to record it. Besides that,system support that calculate the rest holiday of every employee after their absence.A
