Ⅱ. Working Procedure Please refer to working procedure chart Ⅲ. General Introduction of Scheme Organize professional team to construct according to principle of parallel flow operation. In the construction, key point will be put on peeling off existed road, earthworks of roadbed and paving works of road surface. At the same time of ensuring the construction of key works, bridge culvert works will be immediately conducted after preparation to provide conditions for the construction of roadbed. Roadbed works is conducted with sectorization in compliance with allotment of earthworks. At the part of roadbed earthwork centralized, mechnical operation is applied. Manpower and mini-type machinery operation is utilized for scattered works.
