660 中国药事 2017 年 6 月 第 31 卷 第 6 期 周口地区糖尿病患者自我管理与健康教育状况调研 * 徐若南，张琇琇，王艳春，孙建勋 （河南大学药学院，开封 475004） 摘要 目的 ： 方法： 了解糖尿病患者的自我管理能力以及健康教育状况 , 为糖尿病预防及控制提供参考。 采用问卷调查的方式，用 Excel 软件进行统计分析。对 100 例糖尿病患者进行关于糖尿病自我管理和健康 教育情况的调查，内容包括患者基本信息、糖尿病患者血糖控制状况、影响血糖控制的因素以及接受糖 尿病相关知识的途径等。以测量的空腹血糖值为目标判断糖尿病患者血糖控制的情况。从糖尿病患者对 糖尿病的认识，了解相关信息的途径，患者想要获得的糖尿病知识，以及对健康教育的需求等情况进行 调查。结果：在血糖控制上，血糖控制非常好的只有 18 人，占 18.8%；饮食、运动、药物以及对于糖尿 病的认识都会影响血糖控制。63 个患者（65.6% ）对于糖尿病有了解，但是非常了解糖尿病的只有 9 人 （9.4% ），而且 66 个患者（68.8% ）最想要知道的是关于糖尿病的并发症防治，说明患者对于糖尿病的 知识还是缺乏的。这表明周口地区患者自我管理能力较差，健康教育情况也不佳。结论：患者更需要健 康教育服务，健康教育可以提高糖尿病患者的自我管理能力。每个医院需定期开展糖尿病患者健康教育 活动。 关键词： 糖尿病；自我管理；健康教育；问卷调查；血糖控制；血糖值 中图分类号：R587.1 R95 文献标识码：A 文章编号： 1002-7777(2017)06-0660-06 ； doi:10.16153/j.1002-7777.2017.06.015 Investigation and Study on the Self-management and Health Education Status of Diabetics in Zhoukou Region * Xu Ruonan, Zhan Gxiuxiu, Wang Yanchun, Sun Jianxun (College of Medicine, Henan University, Kaifeng 475004, China) Abstract Objective: To study the self-management and health education status of diabetics, and to provide reference for diabetes prevention and control.
